Oil rises 1 percent on deepening OPEC supply cuts, sanctions on Venezuela
Oil prices advanced on Wednesday as producer club OPEC said it had cut supply sharply in January. Meanwhile, prices were also supported by U.S. sanctions hitting Venezuela's crude exports.
