Tes­la CEO Elon Musk says the elec­tric car maker’s info­tain­ment sys­tem is leav­ing oth­er car mak­ers in the dust, but big U.S. auto com­pa­nies like Ford and GM are get­ting more seri­ous about in-car dis­play and tech­nol­o­gy part­ners like Apple and Google.
