US crude rises 26 cents, settling at $74.11, after paring gains on chance of Iran sanctions waivers
Oil prices rose on Tuesday due to growing supply outages, but pulled back after American Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said some crude buyers could get relief from U.S. sanctions on Iran.
